Seizure of enclosures and supplies
31 If an exotic animal is seized in accordance with subsection 28(8), a conservation officer may
(a)
seize and remove any enclosure in which the exotic animal is contained or ordinarily contained, and
(b)
seize and remove any readily available supplies that are necessary to ensure the welfare of the exotic animal.
